Battle Department This is the place where it all started; the battle department dedicates its resources into creating a safer, more enjoyable battling experience for Pokémon. The test subjects here receive far more ethical treatment than their arena counterparts, and generally the scientists are more passionate for the original cause. I said generally. |

Robotics Department As if it wasn't obvious, the robotics department consists of engineers who build and repair robots and robotic parts. This is the place where we try to imitate living systems in order to create replacement parts for injured Pokémon, and also where we test robotic systems. Occasionally we'll get clients from outside of RPEPB here, and it's a good place to mingle with other humans and Pokémon. |

Biotechnology Department Here, Pokémon are altered, cloned, "spliced", and studied in order to imitate their systems for human use. Don't worry, all of the test subjects here are either volunteers or lab-raised! Sub-board: The Back Room |

Medical Department Here you'll find the medical department, where medicines are created, studied, and eventually given to test subjects or sent to Pokémon centers once they've been deemed safe. Most of our medicines are derived from studying Pokémon biology, particularly that of those capable of healing themselves. |

Lobby Just inside the entrance of the facility is the lobby, where one can find the reception desk, various couches, scattered promotion flyers, and the occasional tour group ready to get a look at the inner workings of RPEPB. The doors that lead into the main building are locked with a card slot and a keypad, just in case somebody forgets their ID. (it happens a lot with scientists) |

The Garden The garden is what just about everybody calls the large, glass dome in the center of the building where the Pokémon reside when they aren't being studied or tested on. Within it are multiple "sections" to simulate certain habitats, each situated in their own smaller domes. The term is used to describe both the main, generically green dome and all of the domes collectively. The Arena "The arena" is a series of chambers with RPEPB's signature battle armour within each, custom fitted to designated test subjects in the garden. Upon putting on the armor, subjects are immersed into a virtual world where they fight, sometimes to the death due to the brutal technology of the armour that's meant to simulate a real fight as accurately as possible. Test subjects are sent to battle here about once a month, and it changes to something else each time a match ends. |

Aesthetic Department A bit more trivial, the aesthetics department deals with improving the image of Pokémon through color, size, and even shape. Think of it as Furfrou up to eleven, so to speak. This is where the arts of breeding, grooming, and science collide. |

Research Department A place where Pokémon are studied intensively, with more focus on a species than an individual. We're working up a collection of every species we possibly can, and containing them in simulated natural habitats so that we can study their behaviour. Occasionally we will intervene to test a species abilities, the most notable of these being the Chatot project, which aims to teach the test subjects to speak. |

Activism Department Perhaps better titled the advertising department at this point. This department aims to get our name and message out into the world, and they are also in charge of handling the exchange of money and products. This is the only department that does not deal directly with Pokémon. |
