So we have a rule that states you may have no more than one alteration as of now, and your Pokémon may not be evolved. It's also something of a given that employees will be new, although that's not as strict of a rule at all. Well, guess what? Until December 1^st, you may create up to two characters that have been here for a while, and thus can be evolved up to once and have up to two alterations. As for human characters, employees who have been here for a while, even since the beginning of the company, are very much encouraged, though they can technically be created at any time past now. You just won't get secret brownie points.

Hey, maybe brownie points will actually do something someday. You never know. (they probably won't, just FYI)
