Angelwisp (Angel for short) - Vulpix
Female, Vulpix, Biotech, Fire, Semi-willing Participant
Abilities:
1. Drought: the sun is almost always following her, powering up her fire moves and increasing the speed of Solarbeam attacks. Unfortunately, this also makes it hard to sneak around, as the sunlight will even follow her inside buildings, a continual Sunny Day ability. Worse so, she actually enjoys rain, unlike other fire-types, so it can sometimes make her wistful that all she sees is sunlight most of the time. Also, it does make it rather annoying to be an eternal nightlight…
2. Flash Fire: other’s fire type moves just empower her own, so do be careful about what move you’re slinging around…
Moveset:
1. Iron Tail/Blade: her Iron Tail has developed to become razor sharp like a blade. Has a high critical rate like most slash moves, but will still soften a surviving opponent up quite nicely. She has learned how to use this non-lethally since she does not like killing her opponents unless absolutely necessary.
2. Flame Burst/Bullet: no longer an out of control blast, now she has concentrated the flame to a small bullet that explodes on impact. It can be fired faster than normal, and has a more concentrated impact, but has lost its spreading ability. One of her favorite ranged attacks.
3. Substitute: creates a copy of Angel that makes her harder to hit/takes a hit for her. The special difference is that when Kiara attacks, this copy can independently fire off a different attack as if it actually were a second one of her. Often used as an opening move by her.
4. Fire Spin : has tapped into the psychic capabilities Angel has to cause hallucinations of one’s past if caught inside. Your past WILL catch up to you if this move hits.
Appearance: She is slightly darker in color than other Vulpix, appearing more light brown than deep red. She has two fang marks, one on either side of her muzzle, pointing upward, and a mark on her forehead that appears to be the ‘Yang’ side of a Yin-Yang. And, of course, the Premier Ball is strapped on her back for ease of carrying.
Alteration: Self-Cauterization. Can send a short wave of flame over her body to cauterize any wounds sustained and kill off infection. This takes a second at most, but requires full concentration to complete, leaving her vulnerable. Can be extended to further heal wounds, but this exhausts her. The temperature raise is also handy for convincing various people and objects to LET HER GO.
-as a semi-alteration: her moves are slightly modified, but they maintain the same base idea for them.
Personality: Has a heart of gold and a soul of fire. Withholds a strong sense of self-righteousness, and refuses to break morality for anything short of a genocidal maniac. Likes to judge Pokémon battles, but will engage in one if the opponent is strong or if necessary. Likes the warmth, but is not affected too negatively by the cold. Likes the rain, unlike other fire types, since her favorite memory is that of a wild Poliwhirl using Rain Dance to cool her down one day when she was overheating and dying of thirst. She doesn’t remember much of her first three years, only the time after being captured, but doesn’t care much. The present is more important to her anyhow. Would work with humans, and has learned how to write in human to communicate (using her tails) but also has learned a language of motions and signs using her paws that humans can learn and even imitate, allowing for swifter and more distant communications.
Backstory: Just an ordinary Vulpix trained by an extraordinary trainer, she was forced to learn fatal moves to survive the training since she was almost four years old. However, disliking the way this made her feel, she practiced in secret ways to make them nonlethal and then proceeded to run away, taking the Premier Ball used to capture her with her to prevent the trainer from ever finding and simply returning her. This premier ball is still carried like a satchel, used to carry what items she needs like food, drinks, and medicine. She is now about 7 years old, and under scrutiny by the Biotech ward in various domes to test her survival capabilities.

• Angelwisp likes her moveset and wishes to not learn any different moves, even with their brutal origin.
• She does seek a Fire Stone to evolve, so everyone could see the beauty of her power unhampered by the prejudice of being unevolved.
• At seven years old, she is mentally at the level of a 28 year old woman, her prime in physique and ideals.
