You're welcome to use this specific application or not - feel free to use your own, or to add to the one we have here. Just make sure to cover all of the things required in the application itself. Things marked with an asterisk (*) are encouraged, but optional.

A minimum of one paragraph, or a list of at least 15 traits. You can separate them into positive/negative if you wish, but it's not necessary.
APPEARANCE
Unless their alteration is their appearance, they're shiny, or you have a REALLY good story behind it, try not to change the color much. Darker fur or a couple spots is fine here and there, but otherwise keep it reasonable. No items past shock (or other element) collars or things that they could pick up from the domes, unless they're volunteers or pets, in which case just use discretion.
